License: Pink Pamper Spa LLC will administer spa-like treatments to your child that may include mini manicures, mini pedicures & edible facials. We do not cut fingernails. All treatments are for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed professionals. Pink Pamper Spa LLC., its owners, affiliates & employees, are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries and all other liabilities associated with your child’s & guests’ participation in a spa party. Parents or guardians should advise Pink Pamper Spa of any medical conditions or allergies on the Registration Form or prior to the spa party.

Liability Waiver: All participants in the spa party must complete the online Liability Waiver prior to the party.  Every child must have a liability wavier filled out before each party by a parent or legal guardian 18 or over. 

Photos: Unless otherwise stated, parents and guardians give permission to Pink Pamper Spa to take and use photographs and/or digital images of children that attend the spa parties for use in social media, websites, printed publications, or materials. You authorize the use of these images without compensation. This is also listed in the waiver.
